Description
This is the region of human growth hormone between the one hundred and seventy sixth and one hundred and ninety first amino acids, thought to carry the hormone's fat-mobilising activity. The logic behind it is the same as AOD-9604, which is a modified version of the same region, and the two are commonly sold as though identical despite differing structurally. There is no standalone development programme for the unmodified fragment and no completed human trial of it. Any evidence cited belongs to the AOD-9604 programme, and that programme failed its weight loss endpoint. The marketing effectively borrows credibility from a set of trials whose result was negative.
