Description

GHRP-2, also called pralmorelin, is a ghrelin-receptor agonist that prompts growth hormone release. It has a slightly more respectable history than its siblings because it has been used clinically as a diagnostic agent in some countries, giving doctors a way to test whether a patient's pituitary responds normally. That is a very different use from the one it is marketed for online. It is frequently discussed interchangeably with GHRP-6, which is a mistake worth correcting: the two differ meaningfully in how strongly they stimulate appetite. No trial has demonstrated that raising growth hormone this way improves body composition, strength or recovery in healthy people, and it has never been approved for any consumer use.
